I came in looking for a CHANGE to this BIG curly head of mine! I had been trying to grow it out for a little over a year, but still felt BLAH and frizzy! I scheduled an appointment for both me and my 4 year old daughter. We wanted a type of assymetrical haircut. Something FIERCE! Courtney cut mine, and having the REALLY curly hair that I've got, the finished product was AAAAAMAZING! I ABSOLUTELY love it and it suits my hair AND my personality to a "T"! (and I am already excited about coming back in 6 weeks to get my trim hahaha). Megan cut my daughters hair and was SOOOOOOO good with her. She pampered her and was so sweet! The studio was AMAZING. It was an awesome experience. One of my favorite touches was the Truth Soul Armour tank top. My husband and I are pastors of a Church, so it was REALLY awesome to see a Christian clothing line. Everything about it, from the way the salon was set up, to the AMAZINGLY talented and sweet stylists, to the makeup and boutique, it was absolutely wonderful! God bless you Style Divita. I have to say that I've had my hair changed many times and styled from NYC to San Diego. To have a salon with this much creativity and the ability to see what the client needs as well as help to offer amazing choices to help the client get there just blows my mind because it is in my hometown area. I was feeling like I was cheating on my salonist when I first went to Style Divita, and now I'm getting a divorce. I love my girl from Raleigh, but Courtney and Tammie rock! I love my new look and will be back!!

Hi, I was unable to fill in the ratings on the email but my responses are all "1 - Excellent". From the moment I walked up to your shop, where a customer was leaving & I complimented her on her hair style and told her I was looking for a new stylist and salon and she gave you high marks and told me I would really enjoy the atmosphere and the staff. She was right.

Jodi welcomed me to the salon and showed me around and went out of her way to make me feel welcome. One of the most exciting things, for me, that she explained was the importance the owners placed on continuing education of the staff.

Courtney was my stylist and took great care to understand what I liked and didn't like about my hair. When I couldn't say exactly how I wanted a change, but wanted a change, she walked me through some ideas and helped come up with some changes that look wonderful! She took time to tell me how to style my hair (something that has really helped me recreate the style) and helped me select some products including some under eye make up that is the best I've had in years for my dark circles!

I've made an appointment with her for color and a cut in late February and am looking forward to my next visit. I've already told several friends and coworkers of my positive experience with Style Divita and Courtney.

I moved to OBX November 2009 from Nashville TN - I was so terrified to find a local stylist that I would still schedule my appointments every 6-8 weeks in Nashville and incorporate it in my business trips. Then I was referred to Tammie and Style Divita. What a great thing! Not only is my hair much healthier, but Tammie has done 2 Brazilian Blowouts on me, first in April and then in July and I am hooked. I have very coarse frizzy hair and usually dread summer humidity. My life has changed!

My friend Gabby and I had our hair styled last week and had an amazing time. My stylist, Liz, was amazing! My hair looks great! You can really tell that she loves what she does and offered suggestions, and gave a lot of helpful hints as to what to do at home and different techniques to use to style my hair. I live on the Outer Banks year round and it's nice knowing someone that I can trust with my hair. My experience at your salon is the best I have encountered in a long time...everyone makes you feel at home. I appreciate the follow up phone call a couple of days after as well. First of all, I live in Ohio but come here often. This has been my fourth time this year. In the past I had always made sure I got my haircut before I came down. I just did not have an opportunity to do so this time. I asked Captain Ron where I could get a good cut and he called Liz and set up an appmt. She got me in immediately. I really liked the cut. It is difficult to judge the quailty of the cut while you are at the salon. The next morning after I washed my hair and styled it was when I realized what a great cut I had received.

I want to thank Liz and would like to let them know that now instead of getting my hair cut before I leave Ohio, I will plan on getting it cut once I get to the OBX. Thanks again, Liz. This is the best my hair has looked in years and all this time I was thinking it was because I was getting old.
